MP organization brings the best of these skills together and specializes in developing sustainable, safe and affordable communities through public private partnerships in the Southeast.

We believe it is our mission to provide those who are most impacted by the growing wealth gap in America with the opportunity to buy a home for their family in a safe community.
Phillip Blow, CEO
Phillip Blow is the CEO and founder of the MP organization. He is a seasoned leader in real estate development, strategic partnerships, and public private partnerships. With 25 years of general contracting and development experience, Phillip is known for his hands-on approach to leadership and strong ability to build relationships at any level. Phil is passionate about bettering the communities he works with and has led numerous high profile projects from concept to completion. His goal is to help bring affordable homes and smart, sustainable communities to all working Americans. When he's not working, Phillip enjoys spending time with his wife Gizelle, three kids and their dog Avocado.
